Thanks to NITRUM® stainless steel, we have managed to manufacture 2'' and 4'' blades with high-quality cutting capacity and long-lasting edge durability.

Specially designed to peel fruits and tubers.

Its new handle, more ergonomic and modern, provides distinction and lightness. Made of Polypropylene (PP), a hygienic material that is highly resistant to impact and extreme temperatures.

The Arcos two-pieces paring knife set from the Nova series includes a 2" paring knife and a peeling knife (4"). The Arcos Nova Series is a collection of high resistance and durability knives, specially designed for peeling, cutting and cleaning all types of vegetables, fruits and tubers. Thanks to its lightness and small size, it can be used effortlessly.
Precision and smoothness: Made using a patented technique by ARCOS called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. It is the result of shaping stainless steel with nitrogen to obtain a powerful and ultra-resistant tool. It has a beaded edge for a clean and efficient cutting process.
Ergonomic and safe design: These paring knives features a unique shape designed for optimal comfort, control and agility. Lightweight, ergonomic, and comfortable, it fits in the hand and prevents slips. The handle is made of polypropylene (PP), a hygienic plastic material that is resistant to impacts and high temperatures. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher.
Dimensions: The paring knife has a 2” Inch blade (60 mm) and the peeling knife has a 4" Inch blade (100 mm) making them a great tool for all your kitchen cutting needs.
