Absolutely breathtaking

I first saw this gorgeous rug at a neighbors home and I HAD to have it! It goes fabulous with all the decorator paint colors like, Greiges and Grays as well as Taupes and Beiges. It is so rich and elegant looking I would recommend it to anyone!

Classic Robert Adam Design

We love this beautiful rug and are so glad that Nourisan has selected a classic Robert Adam design. The original rug is still in Syon House, Brentford, just outside London UK. The rug designed by Robert Adam was woven by Thomas Moore the well known carpet maker of Moorfields, London in 1769. This carpet brings back happy memories for me of my aunt's Windsor Hotel, 56 - 62 Lancaster Gate, London. This same pattern was in the hotel dining room from 1950 to the mid 1970's. At one time Harrods had this same deign in their Georgian Restaurant. Since this pattern has nothing to do with Versailles, Nourisan should rename it Syon House.
