It is super soft. Nice under feet. It doesn't have a tremendous amount of padding but the feel of it makes up for it. We put a 1/4 inch pad under. Not much difference. But we like it.

Beautiful Rug
This is the second Fusion Cream rug I have purchased and absolutely love it! It is a high-quality rug with a beautiful subtle design. I purchased one for my great room several years ago and it and have purchased two more for the foyer and dining room. Hands down, the best rug I have ever purchased.

Soft rich colors!
We just received this rug yesterday and I couldn't have chosen a better rug. It's a nice heavy weight and took no time at all to lay flat. The pile is so soft with just the right amount of cushiness. The color is a soft cream with shades of beige and grey and looks beautiful with our new dark hardwood floors. We didn't put a pad underneath to keep it in place, just a piece of carpet tape under each corner. This is the 2nd Nourison rug I've purchased and both have been great quality! And no shedding!
