UPDATE: Upgraded my review after customer service representative reached out to me after posting the below review and refunded the full amount of the purchase. I ordered 6-inch baubles and was sent 8-inch baubles. I also did not like the turquoise/teal baubles that I ordered and received. I contacted customer service and was told I would receive a credit for the entire order. I never received the credit. This company seems a little shady.
