The concept is excellent BUT I received a defective item that did NOT work, even with brand new batteries (batteries were NOT supplied). So I returned it to FEDEX BUT, 9 DAYS LATER I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND, ALTHOUGH FEDEX SHOWS THAT THE ITEM WAS ALREADY RETURNED TO WALMART! The same day I also returned something to AMAZON via UPS and, ONE HOUR AFTER I HAD DROPPED THE ITEM TO UPS, MY REFUND WAS ALREADY CREDITED BY AMAZON! BUT WALMART? 9 DAYS LATER AND AFTER THREE CALLS SPEAKING WITH A HUMAN BEING (VERY, VERY HARD TO GET...) I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!
