My eye doctor recommended this product to me. I told her I had tried several products in the past and could not take them. Always burbing up a fish taste, and feeling sick on stomach. I finally gave in and purchased a bottle. That was years ago and i wouldn't go a day without taking my pill. No side effects ever. I have several friends that I have hooked up. Ultimate omega is great. Just a solid choice. You know it's from good sources, but you also you can't feel the difference after consistently taking. It has quite literally changed my life for the better (Along with my other supplements I take for health). Physically what I've noticed is my hair skin and nails are strong and growing. Also my mental health has improved dramatically. That's my favorite part. This is essential for us!! Worth investing
