Not the 'Q' but probably better.

I believe this brand is as good or better than the 'Q' brand. Anyway, it's been fine for me. There's ONE ISSUE that I have, and that's the size of the soft gels. They are very difficult to swallow. Don't tell me that they can't find a way to put all that good stuff into two smaller soft gels. That's my take on this one. Thank 😊 you 😊. P.S. No fishy taste what-so-ever.
