First thing first these are NOT capsules. Okay now to the review of the product. It is a liquid, but does not have a bad taste. It does taste like lemon. It is like swallowing oil as it's thicker; but it's not hard to digest. As far as it doing what it's supposed to do I just began taking it so I'm not sure.
