I've been using this product for several months to help recover from a colonoscopy. The procedure was the first for me at 74 years old and my body did not return to normal. The probiotic was recommended by my doctor and after much research I found Nordic Naturals. It seems to work to regulate my bodily functions. I've experimented with many probiotics, but this one has helped with motility issues the most. Other probiotics actually made me feel more constipated, but this one cleared that right up. Also used the bracing technique while going to the bathroom and both have transformed that whole situation, full disclosure! Haha!
