Provides a nice warming effect on the knees and a bit of spring too. I have had two pairs of these sleeves over the last few years. The first pair lasted me over three years, regularly squatting a few times a week. On the second pair, one of the sleeves developed a small tear within the one-year warranty period. Upon reaching out to them, they immediately sent me a replacement pair. Not only am I really impressed with their sleeves, but it is great to see a company that truly stands behind their warranty without any hassle whatsoever. I definitely recommend them and will purchase from them again.

I've only used the knee sleeves once so far, so this is my initial review. I'll update it after 4 or 5 more uses. After reading the reviews for Nordic Lifting Knee Sleeves and considering the price, I decided to try them. My initial impressions are very positive. Pros: Excellent fit. I measured at the high end for mediums and chose mediums. They don't slide down my knees. (If you measure at the middle to low end, order a size down unless you prefer a loose fit.) High-quality materials and construction. The shape is comfortable, doesn't restrict movement, and offers great flexibility and sturdiness when needed. Keeps the knees warm. Cons: I wish they were designed for specific knees (one for the right and one for the left). I'll update my review after more uses. EDIT: After a month of use, my initial positive impressions still stand.
