Two years of use

These are phenomenal lifting shoes with one minor issue: the laces are way too long. They are comfortable, stable, and have a nice velcro stability strap. I have used mine 4-6 times a week for the last two years, mostly walking to the gym and lifting. They have performed wonderfully, and I will buy another pair once mine are finally worn out.

Heel Elevation Makes a Difference

Haven't tried lifting in these yet, but I'm confident the experience will be similar. I can do bodyweight squats with ease. I understand squat shoes should be tighter, and they fit snugly using the measurement instructions. Quality is good for the price. Also appreciated the nice personal note included.

Ideal for Recreational Lifters

Opted for cross trainers instead of lifting shoes. Nordic Training's shoes are well-fitting, stable, with a slight heel suitable for squats and other movements. Recommended for recreational lifters. They convinced me to consider Nordic Lifting's squat shoes later.
