Horrible couch and experience

This couch was cheaply made and the cushions stick way out from the couch. When issues brought up to seller, they would not do a refund and will not pay the return shipping either. I had to fight to just get not even half of the purchase price refunded to me. The quality is horrible. You sit on the cushions and they completely deflate and you can feel the piece of ply would underneath. There are no springs. It is strictly plywood under the cushions! I highly recommend not buying this couch!!!
