The rug came VERY vacuum sealed but did not smell, no ugly creases or fold marks, able to easily vacuum with our Dyson and not get caught in it, and laid completely flat and nice within mere minutes of opening! very nice for what we need it for, and I'm very glad to have it! might get another one!
