The waist moves, but not with you.

I had high hopes for these since I really don't like control top or binding tights. These fell down from the minute I put them on. I wore them to church and was tugging at the waist to keep it from falling completely off every time I stood up. In the restroom, I noticed that there was a big runner from the seam where the band connects to the rest of the tights. I am 5'7", 148 lbs. I bought m/l and am well within the size range. I returned them.
