I was pleasantly surprised at how nice these mock turtlenecks are. They really are the perfect layering piece. The fabric is lightweight and buttery soft and lays flat. They are a true mock neck no pile up lol. I normally wear a "L" in Misses sizes so I went with an XL in the Mocha Delight and it's just gorgeous. Hope all this helps.
