The drawstring allows you to adjust the waist size and the amount of ruching. They are unbelievably soft, incredibly comfortable, not too heavy, yet totally opaque. They wash and dry like a dream, and the color hasn't faded at all, despite several washings. The price (and value) is exceptional. I can't say enough good things about these leggings.
