I was getting very frustrated with my search for long, oversized sweaters. All of the brands Walmart carries seem to consistently have 1 thing in common. They are all WAY TOO SHORT, even for a girl who isn't quite 5 ft tall! Annoyed each time I found an adorable pullover sweater only to see none of them would touch the top of my thighs like I want. It finally hit me to look for a sweater DRESS in these brands, assuming that since I find every top to be way too short, I'd likely think the dresses are too. Well this plaid sweater dress is so close to perfect FOR AN ACTUAL SWEATER that I am so happy I thought to try it! The colors are a bit more washed out than they appear in the listing but it's pretty soft, more than I actually expected but I would like a little softer with my sensory issues. I am quite satisfied with the texture considering other sweaters I've tried through the years. The length is perfect to pull it up just enough to balloon the bottom a tiny bit and it looks like it is supposed to be worn this way! On me anyway. It'll look nice with casual dress pants and it will be relatively warm with the medium thickness while still breathable with a looser knit. (Not too loose!) I am right under 5ft, 122 pounds and a stupid large bust which has always forced me to size up though I have TINY shoulders and no rear end. I will say that if wearing as a dress, might want to size down one size because it is a bit loose for a more flattering dress. It definitely looks shorter on my short body than it does on the model who really should have pictures of poses with the arms lifted more! Thank goodness that I wound up pleased with the decent fit under the arms, that's rare for me! I would love to have more options to choose from! Some greys and blues... solid colors with accent bands and neck. Good work on this one No Boundaries!
