Super soft fleece inside, they are men's, so they fit like a men's pant would, does have a higher waist. They have a decent amount of stretch but compared to Hollister/Abercrombie sweats maybe not as much as those. But can't beat the price. I'm 5'8” 180lbs and I got size L and XL, and ended up keeping the L and returned the XL.
