I realized that I've been buying the other brand of Ramen noodles for a long time just not the Nissan brand. I bought some of these recently and they are better texture wise than the other brand. I was surprised by the difference. The other brand is still good however these were the original brand I had forgotten all about and I have to say, I'm glad I found them again. Still a high sodium count with the packets so I only put 1/3 or 1/2 of it in with the soup while it's cooking.

I love Ramen Noodles prepared as instructed. However, DON"T ever try the soup part without the noodles. It didn't work for me when I was sick. I know now it's not meant to be separated. Otherwise, as I stated, "love it".

This is a standard packaged ramen with an agreeable chicken soup powder. I add bone broth and dried condiments to the boiling water. Then some fish sauce before consumption. Still not quite what you can get at a good ramen shop, but still good!
