Stir and enjoy! **Cooking Instructions - General **Warning: Product and cup will be hot. To avoid serious burns, please be careful especially around young children. Never microwave without water in cup. Do not use microwave if turntable is not operating properly. **Microwave - From Ambient **(Recommended): **1. Go for it! Remove lid. **Add room temperature water to inside fill line. **2. Cook it! Place in microwave center. **Microwave, uncovered for 2 1/2 minutes on high (1000W)*. Let stand for 1 minute. **3. Slurp away! Stir and enjoy! ***Cooking time varies with microwave wattage.

This is a tasty, easy little meal. The flavor is good, and there are, in fact, a lot of vegetable pieces in it. The protein content is high for instant noodles, and it is vegetarian. The noodles cook well if you follow the cooking directions. The only problem is that one package contains a lot of sodium, more than it is healthy to consume in one meal.

NEED ASAP
Please get them back in stocks. They're so hard to find/get and as far as i know one of the few instant vegan meal that taste good. They're perfect for broke vegan students like me. I need them and I'm sure I ain't the only one. PLLLEASE JUST GET THEM BACK IN STOCK.
