I put it togher in minutes and turned it on as per instructions, I'm still learning how to cook on this griddle, but I'm a fast learner. All I can say this heats up rapidly so be careful. The burners are very clean before and after due to the fact they are covered all the time, when you take the griddle off (which is very heavy so be careful) the base unit is very light but constructed very well.

The Nextgrill is the perfect size BBQ grill for everyday use. Being all stainless no rust anywhere, very easy to remove grills and flame covers for cleaning.
