When I purchased this item the local store was out of stock and it took about two months before I finally received the item. I was ready to cancel the order and buy from another source when it finally did arrive and am glad I waited. I did review the comments prior to the purchase and I have to wonder if the complainers bothered to level their units before installing them. I did level it before installation and it has been installed and running now for about 5 weeks and I am very happy with it. It is virtually silent and I have a ceramic tile floor in the kitchen where it is installed (no sound dampening). This is mounted under the counter top between cabinets, but it does have adequate air space and the compressor almost never runs, even with both sides full and set to low temperatures. The handle installation was a bit of a hassle and the instructions did not match the actual manufacturing method, but this was only a minor nuisance. In closing I would state that I would purchase again and would recommend this to anyone looking for a cooler this size.

The new air has been the most reliable beverage refrigerator we've owned. Keeps all the beer and wine chilled, quiet enough, no fluctuations. We purchased one for our son and daughter in law last year and they love it. We needed to replace our old one and are happy we went with New Air!

this fit perfectly under my counter and looks amazing. Its super quiet and the dual temp control is awesome it lets me keep water and coffee creamers on one side and then my energy drinks on the other. The blue light is also awesome and makes it stand out.
