Pretty Good

It seems like a fairly well-made unit, especially at this price point. The assembly was relatively easy, and though the directions say 2 people are needed to install I was able to put it up myself. The directions could have been more comprehensive. The masonry anchors provided require a masonry drill bit that is not commonly stocked by any hardware or big box stores, a 14mm or 9/16" bit. It's even hard to find online, but I tracked one down. I'm guessing you'll figure out which online Walmart competitor sold me one...

The awning was supposed to be an 10x8. But when it came. on the box it says size is 63x11x7.5. We haven't installed it yet so we will see what size it really is!
