HELP!!!!!!!!

I ordered a 5 pc dining set white wood, brown seats, I was sent a bisque color set which I didn't order! I called Walmart to return request which Walmart is very good at that service, but having to deal with the furniture co cs was a very frustrating experience, after 7 attempts to cancel this order, no help from either? I would not by any furniture since I'm getting the runaround 7 days later no one has sent a pick up yet, the big box is outside where the delivery service dropped it off, it should rain any day, it will get wet outdoors, I have advised them about that! I would love to have Walmart or furniture co CS help with a pick up ASAP!!!!!!!
