Better than last years model!

I'm writing this in the middle of December in the midwest. So my softball season is done for the winter, but the couple of times I wore these cleats to start breaking them in, I am very happy! IMO they are better than the 4040v5 from last year. My big negative about the 4040v5 was the tongue. Once I started warming up or playing the tongue would fall off to a side and mess with the feeling of the cleat for me. The 4040v6 looks like the tongue is back to a traditional tongue and has stayed in place so far. The cleat is very light, the insole makes this cleat comfortable to wear and play in. Last years model was comfortable as well. So if you're looking for comfort New Balance has been 5 stars! I cannot wait for spring time, so I can really get after it in these cleats, but so far I have a great feeling about these cleats!
