The packaging that the product came in was very secure. No cracks on the mirror. The communication on the delay on the mirror was amazing got a text message immediately, but ended up getting it on time. Walmart never fails me!

it came without a scratch. it was easy to open and easy to connect. i just opened the leg in the back because i didn't want it on the wall. easy to connect and bright as well. comes with screws to hang on the wall. overall 10/10 especially for the price
