Neosporin + Pain Relief Dual Action Antibiotic Ointment provides 24-hour infection protection and helps soothe painful minor cuts, scrapes, and burns. Formulated for first aid wound care, the antibiotic ointment contains bacitracin zinc, neomycin sulfate and polymyxin B sulfate to help fight infection for 24 hours. The first aid topical ointment is also formulated with pramoxine hydrochloride to help soothe and reduce pain from minor wounds for maximum-strength relief. From the #1 doctor-recommended brand, this antibiotic and pain relief ointment provides soothing infection protection without any sting. For all around treatment of wounds this is my favorite. It is cool and calming and works incredibly well. I had an infection on my finger that would not go away but I treated it with this and the pain was gone within a day and the healing started. So I always make sure to have this.

I chose Neosporin to help with some post-op boo boos.It is in a Vaseline like form which easily and quickly absorbs into the skin. It does not leave a"greasy" mark. Quality product, and is helping me with my healing.
