Ingredients: Red Rooibos, cinnamon chips, caramel chips (sugar, corn syrup, liquid sugar, skim milk, palm oil, butter, salt, mono- and diglycerides, soy lecithin.) dried apples, marigold, and natural flavoring. Naturally Caffeine Free Brewing Instructions: To brew this tea, utilize 1-2 teaspoons of tea/8 oz of 203 degree water and should be steeped 4 minutes to unlock its full flavor and benefits. To make the iced version, double the amount of tea and brew the same way. When finished pour over ice.

Brewing Instructions: Brew 1-2 teaspoons of tea/8 oz. of water at 195 degrees Fahrenheit, allowing 3-4 minutes to steep for full flavor and benefits. For iced tea simply double the amount of tea used during brewing and steep with the same amount and temperature of hot water, and when finished, simply pour over a cup of ice.
