this is the upgraded version of a massager I bought a few years ago. I actually like this one better bc I bought it specifically for my neck and it's a tad bit smaller than the other one. the heat adds a nice warming sensation to the massage and together, they really work the stiffness out of my neck!!

She can sit in her recliner and watch Netflix movies with less pain than she's ever had before. I would recommend this absolutely for anyone with minor to severe neck and shoulder pain.
