a good wrench at a good price
Looks to be made of high quality metal , operation of the ratchet works smoothly and seems to be calibrated correctly. I have other Neiko tools and they are good quality also. BTW some other people, including myself have attempted to use a foot pound wrench to torque down bolts that require an inch pound torque scale. From my experience the conversion from foot lbs to inch lbs isn't an accurate a safe method, and simply guessing the torque by the feel of resistance trough a ratchet or wrench is not a good idea either. So if you are in need of a good inch lb torque wrench buy this one, you'll probably be happy with the purchase.
