This brand is the best
I buy this flavor granola and the blueberry one..I eat it everyday.. I add it to my not that great tasting protein cereals. I am a diabetic so cereal options for me are limited.. when i first tried this granola it tasted so good I questioned whether I could have it ..it didn't t spike my blood sugar as along as i eat a small portion with unsweetened oat milk.. just wished it wasn't so expensive for a small bag..
