these work for me. I appreciate the main capsules and not pills as they slide down easier. I have to take three at a time. I've used other brands and they weren't helpful even though they were supposedly the same Mg. I'm glad I got these.

Natures Bounty Melatonin is a sleep aid I have used for 4 years and it wirks! I started with 5mg tabs and now have moved up to 10 mg tabs. If you can't sleep, start with 3 mg tabs then progress from there over the years, doesn't leave you sleepy next morning.
