Creamy? Not really.
Creamy isn't a word I'd use for these. Unless mine were abnormally dry, they're more the texture of a graham cracker crust. They're crispy rather than having big chunks of nuts and hard granola bites, a plus, and they don't crumble into your lap like NV Crunchy Granola bars. The flavor seems a bit bland. I'm not a breakfast eater, but want something with protein and fiber to start my day. This checks that box.
