think that it is nice that they come as 5mg each but if I want 10mg I can take two! This is nice to have a supplement that is also verified by a vitamin quality company so I know I am getting what I pay for. My only complaint is that these gummies clump together.

Effective and sugar free
It was important for me to find a gummy that did not contain sugar, as I did not want to be consuming sugar before bedtime and had concern about the effect of sugar on my teeth. These gummies were effective and put me to sleep within 30-minutes and tasted fine, noting a slightly firm texture. Note that the recommended dose for this product is two gummies in order to reach the advertised 10mg dosage of melatonin.
