Wow never again. Lies in return policy

I wore these shoes one day. They appeared okay But, but just after one day of light indoor wear, the exterior had a crack. Contacted customer service. They refused to accept any returns that have been worn at all and would not exchange. Don't buy from this site. I had bought two other pairs. I was just hoping to exchange this because I liked it otherwise. I was hoping that maybe it was just a defective pair. Clearly, the company knows there are problems with their product. Otherwise they would accept exchanges to fix the problem.
