This product was immediately effective - it gave me a cool sensation, which was welcomed. It's my opinion that it cleanses thoroughly, and it stopped the itching. Unfortunately, it is not on the shelf for immediate purchasing (the only drawback for me), which meant that I had to wait a few more days for the product to be delivered.
