You have to know what National Coney restaurant is all about, as well as Detroit style chili's. This is a good quality chili for coneys, Frito chili pie, chili cheese fries or whatever you like a chili topping for. The cans are small, so you need at least 1 per-person.

I love Coney dogs from the local hot dog shop or corner ice cream window. I am a pretty good cook, but never found a good recipe for Coney sauce. I have purchased every brand I have found and none measure up. This product is the closest I've found. To make it great, I am going to brown some ground meat and add it the next time - kinda jazz it up a bit. It really does have the right flavor, just lacks a little bit of meat.
