NeilMed NasoGel is a drip-free, water-soluble saline nasal gel spray formulated with Aloe Vera to soothe, moisturize, and protect dry nasal passages. Designed for long-lasting relief, NasoGel helps prevent nasal crusting, nosebleeds, headaches, and discomfort caused by dry indoor climates, air travel, high altitude, oxygen therapy, or CPAP use. Each 1.52 fl oz (45 ml) spray provides gentle hydration with sodium hyaluronate to lubricate and maintain nasal comfort. Safe for daily use, NasoGel is CE-listed, contains no CFCs, and is ideal for children and adults. Use 1–2 sprays per nostril every 4–6 hours, or as needed for persistent dryness.

Use 1-2 sprays of NasoGel Drip Free into each nostril every 4 to 6 hours. In case of persistent dryness, you may increase the frequency of use.

Really helps dry noise
I have Sjögren's syndrome it is a chronic autoimmune disease. My nasals are irrigation from a dry nose all the time. Using this moisturizing spray gel for my dry nose is great stuff and the taste is good also.

While the product performed quite well, its delivery was flawed. Each bottle in my order had leaked enough to affect the wrapping.

The product is very good for moisturizing the nasal passages. Be advised that if ordered and delivered at home there may be leakage in transit due to loose caps and improper packaging. If you order a full box quantity this will probably be avoided.
