Exaggeration okay... it was 2 times, but they delivered a horrible service, think twice before ordering this item, I loved the design looked pretty good and only available online, ordered a size M and got a size XL honestly if I would have gotten one size up I would have just said whatever, but it's a big difference between M and XL, I realized asking for a new size would be a little hard as there is no option for that on the Walmart app so I decided to just order a new one and hoped it was an honest mistake, now I want to remind you all that Walmart charges a 15-20 dlls delivery fee on orders under 35 dlls this shirt is 17.99 when I purchased it, so I shopped for a few more things and ordered a new one, to my surprise they sent me yet another XL, so this time I had nothing else to shop for so I called in to seek my best options, they sent me an email and wait that they where so sorry on the mistake on my “one peace long sleeve shirt” (not the item I purchased) and that the best way to deal with this was to just...... you guessed it, order a new one....
They are truly incompetent with service and the delivery or the right size, I don't meen to be rude here but I ordered again to not make trouble and then called to seek the best way to handle this and all I got from them was nothing so, 40 dlls later my friends I would have to say this is not worth it, and the service is trash
I liked the short tho to bad they did everything they could to dislike the vendor and their service, so if this is for a gift or you and you have time to do the back and forth with them then buy it
Ps if I could rate a -5 starts I would but the lowest I can go is 1 star
