Looks good but could be better

Package arrived very beat up, retaped and cut up on 11/26. I ended up feeling ill that night with Covid so I didn't even open the box to check or set up until 12/4. Pieces seemed fine with a few random chips in it. Didn't look used though. Instructions were pretty easy for me, mom (only needed dad to help lift top bunk on). But what they don't tell you is that you need a drill to drill the slats into the frame. It's impossible to do it with a screw driver when there are NO pre-drilled holes for you in the frame. So that delayed me because I had to go buy one. The wood slats had pre-drilled holes, except for one. I refused to go buy more tools for this so I'm going to email for a replacement. When putting together, pay attention to where holes line up on the top bed frame because of the opening for ladder. Quality is fine for young kids. But I don't think it will be good for constant use by older teens or adults. Currently redecorating… The bed looks very good put together and my 4
