I enjoyed working with this product. Im always looking for vegan options and these electrolytes were perfect. The taste will take some getting use of as it doesnt have as much sugar as regular ones, but it works all the same as far as energy and performance is the same.

I've tried a number of different electrolyte powders, and the Nakedade Blueberry Lemonade has become my newest favorite! It's more on the sour side, which I prefer (my main gripe with others I've tried is that they can be too sweet) - I also taper down the sweetness even further by using only half a packet in a single water bottle rather than the full one. I've drank this during some intense HIIT workouts and have definitely found that it helps with endurance, especially for cardio moves!
