This is very digestable and high in protein. It has a slight aftertaste at first, but it's easily to mask with proper ingredients. I am pretty sensitive to protein powders, and this one is a winner!

It's so hard to find a truly clean protein powder with no additives or sweeteners - finally someone's done it! This blend contains only ground seeds which makes it not only healthy but also versatile as an ingredient. It's equally great blended into smoothies as it is in baked goods or energy bars. I feel better when I get enough seeds in my diet and this stuff makes it so easy to do. I've recommended it to plenty of my friends and I'll definitely repurchase once I run out!
