When Cherry Vanilla was available I tried it %26 that was it, I threw away the other flavor. So anyone who prefers liquid try this one. It doesn't just taste good but is effective. First, I bought Melatonin then Unison. I took 2 50 mg every night. The liquid I take 1 medicine cup full each night. I have no problem falling asleep. I am exhausted at night. My problem is I wake up every 2 hours like clockwork. Since using this product %26 only 1 medicine cup to the line indicated. I sleep like a baby for 4 hours straight. Sometimes 5 hole hours!
