it's important that this coffee is either brewed or percolated at a low temperature no higher than 190°. full flavored coffee with no bitterness or burnt taste. finally something I can enjoy in the morning amen.

Drinkable medium roast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this coffee with a pour over method and it worked well. The flavor was good without being overly acidic. I enjoy a medium roast coffee which is what this was. It is course ground which works well in a variety of machines. The smell is great and it reminds me of my wedding in Costa Rica.

This medium roast has such a smooth, vibrant flavor perfectly balanced between bold and bright. It's 100% Arabica and single origin, so every cup feels like a little trip to paradise!
