Storage: Tightly cover open can and use within 1 month. Store opened and unopened cans in a cool, dry place. Avoid extreme storage conditions. Warming formula above, or using water warmer than 100 degrees F (38 degrees C), will compromise the probiotic cultures. Use by date on can end. Directions for Preparation and Use: Use as directed by a doctor. Warning: Your baby's health depends on carefully following the preparation, use, and storage instructions below. Failure to follow these instructions could result in severe harm. Consult your baby's doctor about the appropriate formula for your baby. Powdered infant formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to premature infants or infants who might have immune problems unless directed and supervised by your baby's doctor. Always wash your hands and utensils before preparing formula. Sterilization or boiling of tap or bottled water and sterilization of utensils is recommended. Your doctor will advise if it is not required. If boiling water, bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute and allow to cool to room temperature before preparing formula. Step 1. Pour desired amount of water into bottle. See chart below. Step 2. Add 1 unpacked level scoop (8.7 g) of powder for each 2 fl oz water. (Only use enclosed scoop). Step 3. Cap bottle; Shake well. Feed baby immediately. Once feeding begins, use contents within 1 hour or discard. Note: Only if necessary, refrigerate freshly prepared bottle and use contents within 24 hours. Refrigerator temperature should be maintained between 35-40 degrees F (2-4 degrees C). Mixing Guide: To Make Approx: 2 fl oz bottle; Measure Water: 2 fl oz; Add Powder: 1 unpacked level scoop (8.7 g). To Make Approx: 4 fl oz bottle; Measure Water: 4 fl oz; Add Powder: 2 unpacked level scoops. To Make Approx: 6 fl oz bottle; Measure Water: 6 fl oz; Add Powder: 3 unpacked level scoops. This formula has been the best transition for our baby from breastmilk. Shes always had some reflux, but she has way less with this formula than with the others we have tried. Also the smell isn't anything like other formulas and her spit up smell isn't that bad either.

Constipation Solved!
Before using this brand, I had my 6-month old on Enfamil. She would get terribly constipated so much that we would regularly have to use glycerin suppositories to relieve her belly pain. Since switching her to this formula when she was about 12 weeks old, we have not had to use anymore suppositories. It's not a cure-all, of course she still has days where she doesn't have a bowel movement. However, with this formula, she will not go days without having a dirty diaper, usually just one day or so (not nearly as bad as when she would go 3 days without a BM when she was on the Enfamil). She has also had basically no gas issues or colic. She's been a very happy baby since we started feeding her this formula. This formula was recommended to me by another mom whose child was constipated frequently, so if my review helps another mom, I will feel like I've passed on the message!
