Large, flavorful pods - the nicest I've ever seen. Used it straight away for lamb stew. Would definitely recommend. For people complaining about the Chinese origin - it's literally Chinese cardamom (aka tsao ko, as listed in the description). Indian black cardamom has slightly different shaped pods but is a completely separate plant species, usually sold as "badi elaichi".
