Excellent PEPPER! You need to try it.

I like this pepper for it's lingering heat that comes on slowly. It has a mild flavor at first, but the heat increases. It is great for such dishes as Curry Chicken or added to Chili and other Mexican dishes to give it that extra punch. BE CAREFUL: DO NOT USE TOO MUCH! I keep mine in an extra pepper shaker after I grind it to a fine powder and mix with turmeric to even out the heat and expand the flavors. It also known to have some health benefits especially helping in the absorbtion of turmeric by a large percentage. If you like spicy foods, YOU WILL LOVE THIS PEPPER!
