For sleep and anxiety; aminos always win.

If you have some anxiety and find yourself waking up in the middle of the night a lot, try two of these on an empty stomach 1 hour before bed. I also recommend gaba, or pharma-gaba, taken 2 hours before bed, also empty stomach. Have been taking tryptophan almost every night since 2021, when a bad case of covid fried my circuit board. It took me months to recover from that and I hardly slept for several weeks. I read a lot back then about amino acids and I'm a huge believer in them for mental health. Glycine is also great for sleep. NOW brand is my go to on all three, or natural factors. Stay away from 5-HTP, unless you want serotonin syndrome. Go with L-tryptophan instead. I also recommend taking the Sleep School course (Guy Meadows) for clearing your mind from work stress that may be keeping you up. It was the best $60 I ever spent. Almost 5 years later and I still use the skills for that course.
