Works great for me and my dogs!

I have been using NOW 3mg Melatonin since 2007. Started using it for my dog who had canine Cushing's disease in 2007 then started taking it myself to help me sleep and to help with hair loss. Not super good at hair loss but it is great for sleep. One 3mg cap does the trick even after all these years. I also use it with my dogs who have noise phobias - fireworks, thunder, etc. - and it helps them a great deal every time.
