Very important supplement
It wasn't really sure if L-Carnitine was necessary, seeing that I need to cut back on supplements due to massive price found out the hard way how much I do need it for recovery after 5 hours a day maintaining my organic garden. I ran out so did without and I did not get my energy back and felt fatigue the rest of the day. I won't make that mistake again!
